Special - Middlesex Farm & Safety Council Special

Topic: Farm or Home Safety Awareness

Categories: Junior (Grades 4, 5, & 6), Senior (Grades 7 & 8)

Please make sure each entry is marked “Senior” or “Junior”.
Guidelines: Posters must be hand made and done on suitable art paper, 12”x18”. Judges will be looking for originality, topic (safety on the farm or around the house), creative use of art materials such as tissue paper, paint, 3D effects, etc.

Prizes will be awarded as follows: 1st - $5.00; 2nd - $4.00; 3rd - $3.00; 4th - $2.00; 5th - $1.00

Winners of the 1st and 2nd prize posters will be forwarded to and retained by the Middlesex Farm & Safety Council until the Western Fair Farm Show. At this time, a poster in each section will be selected county-wide as the best Farm or Home Safety Poster entered in a fair competition. The winning posters will be displayed at the County Safety display and the award presented at a later date. Winners of the county-wide competition will receive the following award: Junior - $10.00 and a take-home plaque Senior - $10.00 and a take-home plaque
